WoW Forever Skyborne: racials, classes and best class

WoW Forever's new race, both factions: High Order (Alliance), Windshaper (Horde). Start: Zephras Isle (1–12). Requires the Skyborne Heroic Pack (US$29.99) or higher.
Racials
Walk on Air
Glide for 10 sec (90 sec CD).
Wind-Blessed
+2% haste (cut from 3%, 26 Oct).
Read Leyline (High Order)
+50% health/mana regen for 15 sec; at a Ley Line grants Attuned (1 hr, 100%). Not with Innervate active.
Skysight (Windshaper)
+15% speed for 15 sec; at an elemental convergence grants Charged (1 hr, 30%).
Elemental Insight
+5% vs Elementals. Attuned/Charged persist through death; removed on entering a raid.

High Order only: racials and Mage changes.
Best class
Unconfirmed: 2% haste helps everyone, so the active decides.
High Order Druid, Mage: Read Leyline regen for levelling; Attuned survives death. Windshaper Rogue, Warrior, Hunter, Shaman: Skysight speed outdoors and in battlegrounds. Walk on Air is a strong escape for all. Attuned/Charged drop in raids, so Skyborne is weaker there. Skyborne Druids have their own form models.
