Two name reservation bugs: Aussie RP order issue, and a 'restricted name' fix coming

Name reservation opened for Oceanic players at 7:00am AEDT today. Blizzard has already flagged two bugs:

1. Aussie ruleset order. On Australian servers, making a Normal or PvP character first hides the Roleplay and RP-PvP rulesets for later characters. Until it's fixed, create RP or RP-PvP characters first. Kaivax says only Oceanic players on Australian servers are affected and an urgent fix is in progress (also reported by Wowhead).

2. Over-strict name filter. The restricted-name list (lore and technically problematic names) was blocking valid names, e.g. anything containing "con". The fix lands at each region's next realm restart. Got "That name is restricted" for a fine name? Retry after the restart.

No exact time yet for either fix; we'll update this post. Reservation runs to 3 Nov. Launch: 10:00am AEDT Thu 5 Nov.
