Key Forever changes

Change 1

Elemental: Earthbound (16), Lava Burst (21), Elemental Mastery back at 31 (15 Oct).

Change 2

Chain Lightning ~35% less mana; Fire Nova nerfed.

Change 3

Enhancement: Stormstrike costs 8% base mana; Windfury and Flametongue totems stay mutually exclusive.

Change 4

Grace of Air, Strength of Earth, Windfury, Flametongue totems raid-wide.

Unconfirmed: Enh: hit, Strength/Agility. Ele: spell power, Intellect, crit. Hit and crit are one stat across melee, ranged and spells (Deep Dive).
