WoW Forever Skyborne Rogue: racials, faction and changes

Hunter, Rogue, Warrior and Druid are open to Skyborne on both factions: High Order (Alliance) and Windshaper (Horde). Skyborne start on Zephras Isle (levels 1-12).

Skyborne racials for Rogues

High Order (Alliance)

Walk on Air, Read Leyline (+50% health and mana regen for 15 sec; Attuned at a Ley Line), Wind Blessed (+2% haste), Elemental Insight.

Windshaper (Horde)

Walk on Air (10 sec glide), Skysight (+15% speed for 15 sec; Charged at an elemental convergence), Wind Blessed (+2% haste), Elemental Insight (+5% damage vs Elementals).

Racial values are from the 26 Oct beta notes; Blizzard's earlier Skyborne article listed 1% haste, +10% speed and +100% regen. See racial changes.

Unconfirmed pick: Windshaper for world PvP and roaming (Skysight speed, Horde). Rogues use energy, so Read Leyline's mana regen matters less.
