WoW Forever Retribution paladin guide

Forever's Retribution is a hybrid. It swings a slow two-hander, but its Seals, Judgement, Holy Strike and Consecration all scale with spell power. That has split the playerbase between people who want a classic attack-power Ret and people happy to stack spell power.
Talents (level 30 beta, 0/0/21)
Take Benediction, Sanctified Judgement, Conviction, Seal of Command, Pursuit of Justice, Sacred Arbiter and Vengeance. With Talented, add Vengeance to 3/3, 2/3 Two-Handed Weapon Specialization and 1 point in Champion of the Light.
The capstone is Twist of Light. When you replace Seal of Command, Righteousness, Fury or Justice, you get an "Echo" of the old seal, and your next swing applies it. Since 26 Oct it also makes Seals 20% cheaper. Wowhead notes that many seal-twisting fans still don't think it does enough.
26 Oct changes
- Vengeance now triggers from any non-periodic crit and caps at 3 stacks.
- Two-Handed Weapon Specialization is now 2/4/6%.
- Sacred Arbiter is now 20% Holy Strike damage.
- Holy Strike now scales 25% to 50% of weapon damage across its ranks.
- Retribution Aura now uses your spell power.
Rotation

| 1 | Keep your Seal up: Command on 3.0+ speed weapons, Righteousness otherwise. |
| 2 | Use Judgement on cooldown. Open long fights with a Crusader Judgement. |
| 3 | Use Holy Strike on cooldown. Sacred Arbiter keeps your Judgements refreshed. |
| 4 | Use Consecration on 3+ targets, and Exorcism on Undead or Demons. |
Stats
Weapon DPS comes first. Then spell power and Strength, and Intellect once you have Champion of the Light (now 10/20/30% of Intellect as spell damage). Crit matters more once Vengeance is up.
