Single target

Frostbolt.
Ice Lance when Fingers of Frost procs or the target is frozen (Frost Nova, Frostbite).
Frostbolt then Ice Lance on a frozen target gets two spells into Shatter.

AoE

Step	Do this
1	Pre-cast Flamestrike (high mana cost).
2	Blizzard if mobs are grouped and will live through the cast.
3	Otherwise spam Arcane Explosion.

Tips

Wand low-health targets instead of spending a full spell.
Cone of Cold after Frostbolt on a frozen target also benefits from Shatter.
