Priority

Step	Do this
1	Overpower.
2	Sunder Armor while the target is above 70% health.
3	Execute.
4	Heroic Strike or Cleave with spare rage.

Tips

Rage no longer comes from weapon speed, but auto attacks are still most of your damage.
Heroic Strike and Cleave are rage-inefficient; save rage for the next pack.
Enrage now procs from any incoming damaging attack, so tanking a mob is fine.
