Zephras Isle

The only brand-new starting zone in WoW Forever and the home of the Skyborne. Both High Order (Alliance) and Windshaper (Horde) Skyborne begin here, and the zone needs the Skyborne Heroic Pack or higher.

What's different in Forever

Entire zone is new. Blizzard confirms the 1–12 range. Alliance Skyborne typically leave via Dalaran and Stormwind toward Westfall; Horde Skyborne head to Silverpine/The Barrens.

Zephras Isle levelling guide (levels 1–12) for WoW Forever

Zephras Isle is the one starting zone built from scratch for WoW Forever, and it's home to the new Skyborne race.

When to level here

  • Blizzard gives the zone a 1–12 range.
  • On the beta routes, High Order Skyborne leave at about 13 through Dalaran and Stormwind and pick up the Human road in Westfall.
  • Windshaper Skyborne stay until about 14, then join the Undead and Tauren in Silverpine.

What's new in Forever

  • Everything here is new.
  • During the beta Blizzard reworked Catching Wind and fixed the quest credit on Wounds of Betrayal and A Firm Response.
  • The zone ends with an introduction quest that sends you to your faction's capitals.
