When to level here
- On the beta route the Horde quests here at about 24–25, with Shadowfang Keep nearby.
- Both factions start the attunement for the new City of Dalaran dungeon here.
What's new in Forever
- Respawn rates went up in the 1 Oct build.
- Since the 15 Oct build, Dalaran's guards attack Horde on sight, but the City of Dalaran dungeon is still open to Horde groups.
