🌐 No realms: Forever uses rulesets (Normal, PvP and RP per Blizzard's ruleset article; RP-PvP confirmed by Aggrend on 22 Oct, US time). Outages affect a ruleset or a region.

Before launch, servers are only open for early name reservation, which runs until 3 Nov. Full play starts on Thu 5 Nov 2026 at 10:00am AEDT. For live outages, check @BlizzardCS on X and Blizzard's forums.
Why did my RP ruleset disappear on OCE?
Blizzard has acknowledged a bug: if you make a Normal or PvP character first, the RP and RP-PvP rulesets can disappear. Create your RP characters first while a fix is in progress.
Why is my name restricted?
A bug wrongly blocked some valid names, such as names containing 'con'. Blizzard said the fix arrives at each region's next realm restart.
Does WoW Forever have realms?
No. Forever is realmless: you pick a ruleset (Normal, PvP, RP or RP-PvP), and names are unique per region.
