Two Honor sets: one blue, one epic.
Emboldened Seal: upgrading a blue piece to epic needs the blue piece plus a seal. Seals require a minimum rank to buy.
New and reworked sets fill missing specs; for example Shaman get healer, melee and caster sets.

Other rank rewards: honor and ranks. Reputation gear: Darkspear Islands.
