What changed
Rogue was one of Blizzard's class deep dives (with warlock); see the source list. Mutilate, Thousand Cuts, Venom and Quietus are in the client trees.
Capstones in the client data: Assassination: Venom; Combat: Adrenaline Rush; Subtlety: Thousand Cuts.
