Racials after Blizzard's 26 Oct pass. All races listed can be hunters (Wowhead Forever class guides, wowclassicforever.info, Blizzard). Skyborne: High Order (Alliance) or Windshaper (Horde). Human hunters are new in Forever.

Human	Ruthless +1% crit (cut from 2% on 26 Oct); Human Spirit +10% Spirit (up from 5%); Will to Survive (stun break, 3 min); Perception (stealth detection).
Dwarf	Artisan's Precision +1% hit with spells and attacks (added 26 Oct, replaces Earth Fury); Stoneform; Find Treasure; Big Game Hunter (+5% vs Beasts).
Night Elf	Elune's Light (+10% crit for 15 s, 3 min); Shadowmeld (usable in combat as a threat drop); Quickness (+1% dodge, +2% speed that now stacks; rogues/druids stealth as +1 level); Wisp Spirit.
High Order Skyborne	Wind Blessed +2% haste (cut from 3% on 26 Oct); Walk on Air (glide, 90 s); Read Leyline (+50% Health and Mana regen for 15 s, or +100% while Attuned); Elemental Insight (+5% vs Elementals).
Orc	Command re-added (+5% Hunter and Warlock pet damage); Savage removed on 26 Oct; Blood Fury (+10% AP and SP for 15 s, back to a 2 min cooldown); Shatter Curse; Hardiness (stuns 20% shorter).
Tauren	Endurance (+5% health only since 26 Oct); Plainsrunning (+2% speed per stack up to 60%, no mounted bonus); War Stomp (90 s); Cultivation.
Troll	Berserking (+10% haste, now 15 s, 3 min); Rapid Regeneration; Regeneration (+20%); Beast Slaying (+5% vs Beasts).
Windshaper Skyborne	Wind Blessed +2% haste; Walk on Air; Skysight (15% speed, 30% while Charged); Elemental Insight.

Why

Racials are small next to talents and gear; pick the faction and look you enjoy. Worth most in PvP: stun break (Human), fear break (Undead), stun reduction (Orc). PvE passives (Orc Command, Troll Berserking, Human Ruthless 1% crit) are minor. All racials.
