Forever Guides is an independent, unofficial fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

2. Trademarks and game content

World of Warcraft, Warcraft, Blizzard and Blizzard Entertainment are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and/or other countries. All other trademarks belong to their owners. Game images, names and related content are © Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and are used for commentary, guides and news in a fan context, credited where shown. If you are a rights holder and believe content here should be credited differently or removed, contact theforeverguides@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.

3. Our content

Text, original artwork and tools on this site are © Forever Guides. You may read, print and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't republish our guides in full or scrape the site without permission; short quotes with a link back are welcome.

4. Accuracy and no warranty

We research and fact-check carefully, but game information changes and mistakes happen. The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Calculators, timers and planners give estimates only. Always check important details (such as launch times or prices) with Blizzard.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Forever Guides is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, bypass security, overload it with automated requests, submit spam or unlawful content, or sign other people up to our emails.

7. Links, ads and third parties

We may link to other sites and, in future, show third-party advertising. We aren't responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices. We never sell gold, accounts or boosting and don't endorse anyone who does; buying them may break Blizzard's terms.
