Oct 15 beta notes: Humans lose Sword Spec, gain 'Ruthless'
Blizzard's beta notes updated 15 Oct (Pacific) were the latest official notes at the time. Headline: weapon-specialisation racials are gone.
Human: loses Sword Specialization, gains Ruthless (+2% crit with all attacks and spells).
Orc: Axe Spec becomes +1% crit with any weapon.
Dwarf: +2% crit damage/healing.
Tauren: Endurance becomes +2% crit damage/healing.
Rogue and ranged: poisons no longer proc against targets attacking you; Sap no longer procs weapon effects; wands and Hunter Auto Shot need you to stand still 0.5s before firing.
Still beta: expect more tuning before 5 Nov.
