Final racial pass: Human Ruthless cut to 1% crit, Tauren hit 60% run speed

Blizzard added a final racial pass to the beta development notes on 26 Oct (US time): restore racial identity, keep weapon-spec racials gone.

• Human: Ruthless 1% crit (was 2%); The Human Spirit 10% Spirit (was 5%).
• Dwarf: Earth Fury replaced by Artisan's Precision, +1% spell and melee hit.
• Orc: Savage removed; Command (+5% Hunter/Warlock pet damage) returns; Blood Fury now a 2-min cooldown.
• Tauren: Plainsrunning 2% per stack up to 60% run speed, no longer affects mounts; Endurance back to 5% Health.
• Troll: Berserking lasts 15s.
• Undead: Touch of the Grave internal cooldown 15s.
• Skyborne: haste 2%; Read Leyline halved to 50% regen unless 'Attuned' at a Ley Line.

Kaivax confirmed the Orc, Troll and Undead lines on 27 Oct (US time). These are the launch racials for 5 Nov.

Tooltips: Wowhead (Classic Era data); they show Classic values, the Forever numbers are the ones above.
